My brother (Chris) and I (Justin) grew up in Thousand Oaks and attended Westlake High School (Go Warriors!). After 3 decades of experience, we decided to open our first business in order to help fellow residents through what can be one of the more trying issues in life: Dreaded car problems. We'll do our absolute best to help you through these times with as little grief and drama as possible.
We take great pride in our work and in doing the job the right way, the first time. Many other shops will “throw parts” at a car until the problem eventually goes away. And in many of these cases, the shop isn’t able to fix the problem and you’ve just been stuck with a bill and no resolution! Here at CJP Auto Repair, we’ve mastered the art of diagnosis. In doing so, we’re able to fix the problem the first time with only the parts that are needed. This translates to a lower bill for our customers and a car that just works.
We strive to ensure all of our customers are completely satisfied with their experience whether the job is big or small. Feedback is incredibly integral to this process so we insist that all of our customers check in at least once after receiving their repaired vehicle to let us know how things are going. If there is ever a problem, we want to hear about it and rectify it right away!
